Belly- Here We Come!

The belly growing started off slow, but we are picking up speed quickly!  Grayson only has 9 more weeks to grow in there.
He started moving around a few weeks ago.  It would crack me up every time because it felt more like a tickle then a kick.  Nobody ever said anything about it feeling like that.
Saturday morning before the baby shower, Chad and I felt him have the hiccups for the first time!  That was pretty sweet.   (I’m sure as the weeks progress, my feelings on those will change.)
Just in the last week- so the 30 week mark- I can tell that he is getting stronger.  Those sweet feelings of him fluttering and swimming have definitely turned into kicks and punches.  He’s gotten me a few times, where I have had to stop and think about what just happened!   What’s also funny, is now when he moves or turns around, I can see my whole belly move with him.
So far everything is going great!  Hope you enjoy the belly growing shots!

Barbeque or Chocolate Chip Cookies- hum?!

Well…. Here’s to the 5 Year Plan!  I’m sure that our parents are thankful that it’s finally here!  We found out that we were pregnant around Father’s Day!  As of today, we are 23 weeks pregnant and starting to get anxious and nervous.

The first few weeks have been so fun with all of our family and friends trying to figure out just what “Blueberry” was going to be.  Chad and I decided that instead of calling the baby “it” “Blueberry” worked much better- if you were wondering!
We definitely should have realized that with my cravings switching to Salt Lick BBQ instead of my beloved chocolate chip cookies, that Blueberry was a boy!  We found out about 4 weeks ago that we will be welcoming a Mister Grayson Douglas Sills to our family on February 18, 2012!  We just love the name Grayson and Douglas is Chad’s middle name, so it couldn’t be more perfect for us!
We are beyond excited about the bundle of joy on the way.  You know that Chad is thrilled about his new hunting buddy.   I’m sure that between The El Papalote, Chad, Grayson, and Birdie- I’ll never see those boys!  Good thing I love the ranch too.
I’m going to try my best to keep you updated on our progress!  Hope you enjoy the blog!
Love,
Stephanie
