It's Almost Time

Today is February 15th and Grayson’s Due Date is just around the corner!  I really cannot believe how fast the time has gone by and that Chad and I are about to be parents.
We had our weekly appointment this morning and we still have no news yet.  Our doctor did want us to go ahead and pick a day to induce, which she had talked to us about last week, so we knew it was coming.
If Grayson does not come in the next 3 days, we will finally get to meet him on Monday, February 20th!  We are so ready and so excited to meet the newest addition to the family!
While we are waiting, here are the rest of the belly pictures!

It's a Small World

My friend Katie sent me an email months ago regarding one of her friends that was interested in starting a photography business.  Her friend needed all sort of subjects to help fill up her website, engaged couples, newlyweds, families, newborns, and of course maternity couples.  The only bad thing, as you can see from the previous posts is that my belly was not that big and would not have made the best maternity pictures!!
Katie’s friend, Kelly and I emailed a few times back and forth and decided that we would wait until about the 30 to 33 week mark before we took any pictures.
As Chad and I were trying to find Kelly and emailing back and forth, her last name came across in her signature block in her email… Kelly Lavoie.  I had not seen her last name before, because usually she would just sign her emails as Kelly Jean.   I figured that Lavoie is not that common of a last name and I was right, Kelly is the sister of one of my sorority sisters!!
I just think it is amazing how small this world really is!  As you can see, Kelly did a fantastic job of capturing my belly and accentuating it!!  Chad and I had a great time taking pictures.  We were in a very eccentric part of Austin, South Congress.  It is so much fun on that street and when you think of “Keeping Austin Weird” this is the street that you think of!
I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as we do!  Thanks Kelly!
